"It would all depend on your budget and what make and model this hybrid car is? " My budget probably would have been about £5k a few years in the future. My diesel is worth about that now from a basic online check. The hybrid is a Kia Niro. | |||

"Hi, Is it a plugin hybrid or just self charging. One of the things to watch out on an old EV/hybrid is how much the batteries have degraded in terms of the amount of charge they hold. If you are just pottering around doing a few miles at a times a hybrid may make more sense than a diesel, especially and older diesel. Do you live or travel in an area that has a ULEZ?" Thank you -those are good questions. I will find out if it's plug-in or self-charging. It's done 36k miles which doesn't seem a lot for a 6yo car. No I don't have ULEZ to content with. | |||
