Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

I chucked some prawns, sliced red onion, mushrooms, and rice into a pan, seasoned with cayenne pepper and had a nice, tasty stir-fry.

Whitley Bay

I made Thai chicken curry with sticky rice.

Showing my son and his girlfriend how easy it is to use lemongrass and ginger, cocunut milk etc instead of buying a sauce. They're 18 and keen to be more independent. They're both foodies and its great that they have a few meals now on their radar.

Air fried spud with a butter, feta, philly and spring onion filling. True to fab nature, I oiled and salted the skin before getting it all crispy and oozy..
