Isn't it a minefield!

How do you actually know in this day and age what is the best and what isn't?

People paid to review, promote and sell products, half say it's amazing the other half are pulling it to pieces. There's often a war between experts and even influencers on social media etc. Or we are shown best of awards by devoted review companies and testers, that we even have to pay to access.

Let's take Protein for example, which one is best?

By the time you've researched something do you ever feel like you wasted hours of your life trying to work it out and at the end of it still none the wiser and brain fried?

Do you ever think fab is the same when you read profiles and verifications?

It’s the adverts that say “92% of the people rate this product” then in small print it says 143 people were asked!!

How’s that an accurate market survey

I'll take a good look at reviews and can generally spot the fake ones. I'll also look on tech based sites for professional reviews.

I'll also ask friends for recommendations, opinions and reviews.

I'll often order stuff online so that under distance marketing rules I can send it back if I'm not happy, or return it to a store.

And yes. Some of the above relates to Fab too.....

I usually look for Amazon reviews, but not just the score, but also the number of reviews.

I’m gonna pick 4 stars with 21,000 reviews

Over 5 stars with 250 reviews
