Most people call people who use the term out. There's loads in the forums just on here of people doing it. It's a regular topic of discussion

Not sure what it’s like for other countries, but the UK is 81% white and there is far more men on here than women in general, so it should come as no surprise that there’s very few of us women of colour on here.
