Since the Cadbury buy out, most of us agree the recipe has changed, it's different and not for the better. I'm not keen on it anymore.

However the Cadbury advert where the little girl asks for chocolate for her mum's birthday, puts her toys slowly on the shop counter, including her unicorn. Then given one 'trophy' back as change. It's genius.

I love that advert

Any genius adverts you love, or absolutely hate?

At the moment, most annoying advert is the coop funeral advert. "When John the biker passed.."

I'm a biker and I couldn't think of anything worse than that side car hearse. No I don't want that awful bubble thingy, that'd cost a premium. Just a normal car will do.

My favourite advert ever was the old Milky Way advert - the red car and the blue car had a race. Absolute banger if a tune when I was about 10

Remember it well and the words.

"all red wants to do is stuff his face, he eats everything he sees, from trucks to prickly trees, but smart ol blue, he took the milky way "

I remember years ago I had a boyfriend who had the exact same car as me but his was red, mine was blue.

Needless to say, he sang the song ALL THE TIME

A good friend of mine sadly passed away a couple of months ago very suddenly. He was a biker, and he had the motorbike hearse … the only actual thing he had stipulated he wanted at his funeral. It was fitting and appropriate …. Each to their own I guess.

I think the Cinzano adverts with Leonard Rossiter and Joan Collins take some beating.

From years ago, the (Peter Kay) John Smiths & Boddingtons adverts and Ray Gardner Blackcurrant Tango ads were genius.

Thankfully, I don't have to watchany television. That includes adverts.

If I am at someone else's house I can normally notch out the presence of the television until it is time to get down to the main reason for visiting.

I used to like the pg tips ones with monkey and Johnny Vegas.

Most of them are pretty dire these days though, I especially hate the tena lady ones and the smug verisure ads.
