What's on your breakfast? Do you go full or pick certain foods?

I'm undecided whether to do a bacon sarnie or egg sarnie or bacon egg and sausage

In a full brekkie fry up, I’d go for EVERYTHING POSSIBLE (so black pudding, hash browns, bubble and squeak etc etc) but baked beans separated and tomato ketchup. Probably poached or scrambled eggs over fried.

Central France dept 36

Everything and anything in fact throw on a donkeys hoof and I’d eat it.

Fun fact in France they call it a”heart attack on a plate” which is kinda true.

My go to brekky is usually a Mac Ds double sausage n egg macmuffin. Purley as its fast, convenient when on the move and filling.

But, when having more time, a full English, Bacon, eggs, beans, chips, a sausage, slice of thick bread, heavely buttered, minus the mushrooms but extra Black Pudding, does it for me.
