On a lighter note for the day, what’s for dinner tonight and who’s cooking it?

I put a chicken casserole in the slow cooker this morning, came home and have realised I forgot to turn it on!!

Now I’m thinking cereal or toast

Courgette risotto with some pan fried chicken breast and I'll be cooking it.

Washed down with a 2024 vintage diet .

Worcester

I'm trying out a Gousto box for the first time (referral code available if anyone wants 70% off!) so I'm having chicken souvlaki with tzatziki and fries.

Tomorrow night I've got crispy chilli beef udon broth which I'm really looking forward to.

Having a chilli tonight and there’ll definitely be plenty left for tomorrow.

What’s your go to cereal?

So here’s another question. People who work night shifts do they have breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast. Especially if you do split shifts

Do you wake up in the evening, and if you have a family, eat a hot dinner and have a breakfast before you go to bed!!

Maybe a bowl or 2 of frosties. I didn't have time for a lunch break and now I can't be arsed to cook. Not sure what'll fill me up actually that's quick and easy.
