When someone says do you wanna chat and meet, but it's a definite no.

It depends on many things

Sometimes we say no thank you and sometimes we don't.

Probably on balance it's best to say an unambiguous no.

Usually “thank you, I’m flattered but not for me, happy fabbing x” then block immediately.

If we’ve not interacted and it’s an initial message, don’t answer and delete.

If we’ve interacted I explain that it’s a no. I’m happy to meet and make friends but if in the premise of your question that’s not something I want then I’d just say thank you so much for the invite but I won’t waste their time as I don’t think we are compatible and wish them well.
