"PD is mostly right Admin decide the rules and Admin plus mods stop/ take off threads or posts. People can obviously report threads or posts but unless it is the thread starter asking for a thread to be removed then it is normally only if they are breaking any rules or causing disruption that they will be removed....all on Admins instuctions I might add. But I am guessing the answer was already known and it is just another of those threads | |||
