St Leonards

If it's particularly bad tonight/next few days, you may well be extra sensitive to the full moon.

It plays havoc with a fair few hormones that affect the sleep cycle.

Can play with moods as well.

Breathe deep, wave at the moon, and call it a bit of a cunt.

A lovely, beautiful cunt.

But still a cunt.

And if you're always like this.

Well then - you're fucked .

(Although professional help can be found with GPs etc).

Not 100% sure but most nightmares are when you’re asleep.

Just relax and empty your mind.

Listen to a sleep podcast

It will for sure help, empty your mind and listen to the words.

Some good techniques, I used them to get to sleep fast when in the army

I must say, at times it has kept me awake when I should be sleeping. It’s behaving as it’s healing. Troublesome has not been an adjective previously used in describing my own.

My pleasure by the way.

The Moon's a funny one. Because we can't "rationalise" it the way we can with work stress or money worries etc, it's a bit elusive to pin it on lunar activity.

Some good research on it though.

Make a note of how your ability to sleep might change in a few days, and if it happens around this time next month, you'll start seeing a definable pattern.

Portsmouth

Magnesium glycinate capsules are great at helping sleep... I take 3 a few hours before bedtime. They relax your muscles.
