I've got a shitty cough too. And a headache. I've been masked up and hiding away from colleagues so I don't infect anyone. And it's not the C word. I did two tests. I feel meh.

I've set it so my watch tells me the miles, at least when I hit 3 I only have a bit to go and can sprint to the end.

Properly breaking the 30min mark for my Parkrun (ParkWheel for me) is on my agenda this year. I did 29min 57 or something but that's not good enough
