As I am only about 3 weeks in not yet I want to set a pattern and make it a habit before doing that if that makes any sense | |||

"Never really but it hurts alot less after about 2 to 3 weeks" Would agree with this. I was pretty sore for the first few weeks, but if I go consistently, I really don’t get that sore anymore. At least not to that extent. But if I skip more than a few days, I will be very very sore again. The key is doing it consistently. | |||

" That's currently what I'm trying to train my brain on I have made a set schedule 3 days a week every week and so far I'm sticking too it Did have one day where I nearly didn't but convinced myself if I didn't go this time I would keep finding excuses and dragged myself | |||
