Yes, I know it's not to me but that definitely happens. There's one artist, one particular song that really helped but if I hear it now I rush to turn it off. Jelly brain is a good way of describing it.

I also (but conversely love) that feeling when you hear a new song and it already gives you a feeling of nostalgia as it just encapsulates all your feels.

It did, but I replaced it with something positive - my ’I’m over this shit now’ song was Stupid Love by Lady Gaga. Worked a charm.
