There's note ways to control and manipulate an orgasm through self pleasure, so there's probably more variety there.

What actually feels the best , is penetration, but only in relationships where I've used no condom.

Condom orgasms are crap. There's no denying they reduce tactile sensation. I've yet to find a brand that really gives a good sensation.

In my experience, option 3 has usually been the most pleasurable, but I have experienced a couple of occasions where it just hasn't hit the spot, for one reason or another.
