A bit of a backwards one too. I dislike fizzy drinks of any kind. Sparkling water, sodas, champagne. Strongly dislike them all equally.

I do think that's why a certain generation doesn't like it. Don't think the younger ones have the same connotations. I like to think I'm sophisticated, but I think I may be deluding myself
