Have any of you ever been hyp notised?

Why?

Did it work?

Would you use it as a form of therapy again?

Ps, the full word is on the banned list, although I can't really work out why!

"Ps, the full word is on the banned list, although I can't really work out why! "

I presume because the resulting state of the person would not be in a consensual position and open to abuse.

Noooooo. The thought of not being in control of myself frightens me. That’s why I’ve never touched D*ugs. I’d have done it for smoking in the past otherwise. Are you thinking about it?

I’ve never explored this but am interested. I have a few little irksome habits and I’m interested to know whether hypn0therapy could fix them.

Paul McKenna was on Breakfast tv earlier.

It reminded me of when I was a student, and one came in and I couldn't be "influenced".

I was just wondering if anyone had used it for health-related things and whether they had been pleased with the results?

My brother has used a therapist to help him overcome a fear of needles and of flying, he jets off all over the place these days so definitely did the trick for him

At uni I saw a chap whose act included a dog that could put the 'fluence on people. He did it to a flatmate of mine.

Just swing those boobs from side to side in someone's face.

Up on them there hills

Everyone is subjected to hyp-notic/trance every day-however it is not as how portrayed in stage hyp- notic trance. How do I know… I used to internationally train it for clinical use.

I've used it extensively for health bits and pieces. It was very helpful. I'd recommend shopping around for a practitioner, as each person is very different, with varied skills and approaches.

I’ve heard that you have to be open to it. My thoughts are it’s pretty much like fortune tellers and clairvoyants, The people you see on telly are carefully chosen and they really want it to work.

I’m 100% sure no one could do me no matter how hard they tried. Not even paul Makenna, him and other famous ones have had the chance to , they never seem interested

I was told I wasn't suitable. Not susceptible enough. It's probably a good thing because I didn't have frigging IBS in the first place
