Well i managed to get 5 hours sleep which is unbelievable for me. Now instead of sleeping 5pm to 10pm i just got to get it to fit in with eveyone else lol

I have the opposite problem, I can sleep for 10 hours and wake up tired. No happy medium

A normal night's sleep for me is no more than 6 hours. Has been for years. If I sleep too long I feel knackered.

I can sleep for about 3 hours wake up wide awake but then be shattered later in the day and want a nap but if I don't have one I still only sleep for 3 hours I'm exhausted

i work shifts, so its midnight til 7am sleep tonight, but i can sleep anywhere anytime.earlies is bad up at 4am but not in bed til late, yuk!!!

Nothing worse than being dog tired after a hard days work to find that once you have climbed into your cosy bed..... Your blooming wide awake!!!! Why???

Broken sleep is the worst. Wouldn't feel so bad if I could grab at least 4hrs. Just feels like I've had none at the mo. Hence all the ruddy coffee I'm drinking. (and I'm a tea drinker usually)

Coffee is my worst sin.....im trying really hard not to have any after 7pm...not doing very well though

i go onto decaf after 6 oclock and make myself go to bed wether i want to or not at 11.15ish,im on holiday at the moment so im having a late night
