Dirty weekend airbnb

We’re thinking of booking an airbnb or similar for a weekend away where we’d hope to host a party too.

Any recommendations?

I’ve stayed in two air bnb’s so far, and both of the property owners have lived within sight of the properties, the last one comment that she knew myself and my ex had used the hot tub naked, so bare that in mind when organising a party, unless the owners are liberated, they may cause a scene.
