Heinz, Branston or another brand?

For me i love Heinz beans over cooked so they are stodgey with a thicker reduced 'sauce' that you'd find in a greasy spoon cafe.. oh and cooked on the PAN! non of this microwave malarky

Heinz, HP, or own brand, I love them all. Gotta put plenty of brown sauce on them though.

I like them cooked in the frying pan, straight after cooking unsmoked streaky bacon

can you tell if they are cooked in a pan or not? my mum sed to live with someone who swore blind he could tell if they were microwaved or not by the taste

id not say its by the taste but more on the texture and thickness of the bean juice

Pan cooked beans i find end up soft and mushy with a thick reduced sauce, microwave beans sauce still is quite thin and there is lots of it where the water hasnt evaporated as much
