The Scottish are bringing in measures against these so called XL Bully breeds. Previously, English owners were sending their fierce dogs to Scotland rather than conforming with the laws. Scotland are closing that loophole.

Less likelihood of prosecution/conviction/jail if you use the dog as a threat or weapon.
