Damaged prostate

I have a damaged prostate (long story, but happy to chat about it) this means I can not cum that much or nothing at all sometime hard to get a erction or keeping it. It has been almost four years for me to accept my condition I'm not looking for sympathy just being honest.

Being told by the Doctor is to be honest and open about my situation.

Would this be Issue for guys For the ladies if I were straight?

i am going through the same, have a chat with doctors as there is real help out there, not just penis pumps and viagra
