No no, she only swallowed the spider to catch the fly that she had swallowed previously. Then obviously she had to eat the bird to catch the spider. It's a kind of cascade effect really because she then had to swallow a cat to catch the bird and so on and so fourth.

She died eventually, it was a really sad case.
