Anybody else on here that lives a rural life?

I have 4 horses, 21 sheep, a mad dog plus a love of fly fishing and shooting.

Grew up in a city but can’t imagine going back to that life.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

I live in a rural comminity - 36 houses and a 10-mile round trip to the local shop.

I spend my work leave helping out on a friend's sheep and fruit farm "darn sarf". Love it.

Used to but sadly divorce meant not horses and no more livestock. And back to the town. Will get back there one day and have it all again. Best life

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

I live in mid Wales, so pretty rural, makes it a pain to travel anywhere, but having lived in cities, I wouldn't live anywhere else now.

You can walk for 5 miles and see NOBODY .

The only livestock in Pompy are the locals and only river is the river of piss when the pub's turn out in guildhall Square.

We live in the wilds of Cumbria 400 sheep 100 cattle, two dogs, and four quad bikes, nearest neighbours are 2 miles away, and from our house, we can see the mountains, but no other houses Mobile signal is lousy. Our Internet is amazing when it snows it is white, but sadly it’s usually raining.
