Please bear with me as I write this with a heartfelt loss.

One if dear friends who was alongside me in army barracks years ago has sadly taken his own life after suffering quite badly with extreme depression and mental health issues, such a massive loss and will be missed dearly, I just wanna say to anyone out there that is suffering or know someone who is suffering please feel free to message me for a chat and I will try to help as best I can and hopefully whoever I help will then go on to help others and hopefully build a good strong bond if tigetherness in the suffering of others trying to help them to a road of recovery and show them they do have people to turn to when in need.

So please anyone feel free to message me for a chat about anything you like I’m always free and will chat when I’m online anytime.

Stay strong and remember there is always someone to talk to or lean on just open up and let us in to help you.

Sometimes there just isnt enough flotsam around to stay afloat and they sink quietly under the surface.

I could have lost my daughter as she made 2 attempts in her teenage years. Every time i see her i remind myself how lucky i am. She would have left the biggest hole in my heart. I am so sorry the results in this case were so tragic.
