How thoughtful are you? Do you notice the little things, do you make the effort to curate ideas or activities for someone that would be of particular worth to them? Has anyone done anything uniquely thoughtful for you of late? What are the kind of things you’d like people to do for you, or note about you?

I like to think I'm quite thoughtful - I have been told so. I often send people links to things I think they will be interested in, check in when they're ill and find them films online to watch while recovering, lend people things (and don't always get them back!).

I always try to live mindfully to cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude and awareness, leading to a more fulfilled and meaningful existence - well that’s the theory.

I've been lucky enough to find someone incredibly thoughtful that is always coming up with good ideas. They check in on how my day is going, how I'm feeling, do everything possible to make me happy, offer help when they think I need it and are always there when I need to vent or just chat shit, and likewise me for them.

It's awesome. I get them daft little gifts. Random things that cost next to nothing but have meaning and are little reminders as we live a fair distance apart.

I feel very lucky. The distance between us is frustrating at times but also means the time we spend together isn't wasted, even if we're just chilling and relaxing, eating and binge watching TV shows. It also means we can plan activities better in advance to make best use of time.

I keep copious notes. When someone shows an interest in something, I note it down as a possible Christmas present, or to remind them if so and so is gigging in the area and so on
