little house on the praire

After many, many years under the community mental health team I was discharged.

This is a very big thing in my life.

It shows how well I'm doing.

I'm still under a psychiatrist and I have all the out of hours contact numbers.

But my worker said how much I've improved. Just having someone coming for a few weeks to give me the confidence to go out
