Honestly? Mostly myself.

Once I've got the tears out and started to straighten it in my own head, I'll reach out to someone I trust to help me figure it out

Depends on why I'm crying.

Mostly I just keep it inside or sob into my pillow.

I have two. But each have their own expertise so I go there to sanity check what I am thinking, am I being unreasonable, is there anything I could have done or how can I plan going forward?

I tend to massively overthink and it can be like having a pin ball in my head pinging from side to side. So yes, I do sometimes need that outlet.

"Who do you turn to when you need a shoulder to cry on?? "

There’s no one I trust enough to turn to them, so still struggle through in my own and hope that, one day, I will be able to share…….. having said that, I have started to open up …… a little …… to someone so watch this space I guess

My husband.

Swears like NAFFI with piles, makes breathtakingly rude jokes and farts like a trooper (speciality: a note-perfect alien greeting from Close Encounters of the Third Kind), but wonderfully attentive and you can tell him anything.
