Reports that a young lady from Staffordshire who went to bed with a migraine and woke up a Geordie have been reported by the BBC.

The 26yo woman who suffers from functional neurological disorder (FND) woke up thinking she had suffered a stroke only to find her condition was much much worse, she had turned into a Geordie with a full on Newcastle accent that she can't shake off, her family who think it's hilarious are also said to be devastated.

Experts have warned this is so contagious you don't even have to be near a Geordie, simply watching Geordie Shore on TV is enough to infect a victim.

Doctors have warned the public that if anyone, male or female starts having urges to affix posters on Alan Shearer on their bedroom wall or travel to a football match bare chested, to seek medic assistance immediately.

Its put me off meeting Geordies for now
