"I often go for a selection of reliables. But I do branch out sometimes. I started getting Oddbox deliveries last year, and going "what the fuck is that and what the fuck do I do with it" has been enjoyable" Someone asked me if I was to cook for them what would I cook and I realised I’m not sure what my proud of signature dish would be and so I’m hunting to secure one! It’s an adventure! I’m obsessing about cooking posts on instagram, it’s very sad! | |||

"I'm a lazy cook, if I'm just cooking for myself (the majority of time) then I default to a Bolognese, chilli, a jacket potato, pork chop (old school) or fish (Aldi salt and pepper Basa). Occasionally do a roast dinner or something fancy if I have guests." Yep cooking for one is a balancing act - I’m currently batching up my other portions. I definitely need to improve my fish skills! | |||
