It’s good to talk to others and/or vent into the ether, OP.

Therapy is a really good way to work through things.

Take care.

It sounds to me a completely unqualified person, as if you're anxious. If it's possible and a long term thing a visit to your GP might help .

Carnivore and other ketogenic diets have had a lot of success with anxiety there is some great information from "The plant free MD" Anthony Chaffee. I've been carnivore for just over two months and although I didn't really have anxiety I'm no longer scared in the dark which i have been my whole life, I've lost 17lbs and I'm full of energy x

Try some meditation to counter the ruminating thoughts.

Hope you feel better soon.

It's impossible to predict what will and won't cause ongoing problems for us. I've dealt with similar problems (to a greater or lesser extent) with a combination of medication and psychotherapy.

Don’t worry little sausage be happy.

Gym could be good or just get out in the fresh air and talking does often help.

Best of luck.

Sounds like you may have PTSD? Post Traumatic Stress Disorder...

So it's common among soldiers who come back from battle front and have re-lived moments and flash backs.

Speak to your local [Community Mental Health Trust][Google] and try to get some Counselling (talk therapy) for it. If you are finding it affecting your daily health, they may manage low levels of anxiety medication and hopefully mild and short term.

Good luck hun, hope you feel better soon.
