...and the keeping warm suggestions are ok but what I really need is a shower. One with hot water not the golden kind before any smart arse says anything.

I smell.

It really isn't! The shower is fed from the boiler so I have no heating or hot water. I did a 13 hour shift yesterday.

I thought she needed a shower - or is 'shower' some sort of internet codeword I'm not familiar with?

Hot towels and showers are no problem. Shags are a different matter entirely!

Give yourself a stand up bath ... Like you get in hospital get the kettle on.. Do you have you a fire ?? car ? get to B@Q OR some place get a oil filled radiata very handy to have ..... also water bottles really help in bed ..Take to having legging on under jeans and vest tops under jumpers ... two sets of socks .. I cant stand being cold or feeling like i need a shower .. xx
