So even though fab is for swinging, long term friendships and relationships are often nurtured over a number of years... So how do you keep things fresh in the bedroom and stop sex /other activities getting routine or boring when you have a regular partner??

Couples especially, how do you keep your OH panting for you, especially if they are a hunter who likes the chase?

Or is it more like a comfortable favourite piece of clothing you return to over and over?

Does everything always have to be 'fresh' though?

I have favourite 'go to' foods, music, TV shows, films, books, places, drinks and clothes. Should things be different in the bedroom?

Sure it's nice to have a bit of variety every once in a while, but if there's a need to have constant change, diversity and variation then that says to me that what's already there isn't good enough.

If you're truly comfortable with a partner then surely you've become that way because you've established what eachothers likes and dislikes, preferences and turn ons are. It's often only an issue if there's a lack of communication, if one wants something different the other has no interest in, or if one party is only going along with certain activities to please the other.

Some see a need to 'keep things fresh' out of fear that their partner will lose interest if they don't keep adding new experiences to the relationship, when those things should simply be a bonus, not a necessity.

Four years and our sex life isn’t boring.

Whilst we do meet others and play with them and we have sex together on the back of those times, we’d still be having good sex with the additional thrills.

We fancy each other, make an effort, still hold hands and enjoy spending time together.

It all helps when it comes to feeling sexy.

If your comfortable with your partner and still fancy them, I think it's always going to be great. When I'm really into somebody it's always fun and spontaneous, and it's not just because it's a new or fresh relationship. It's because I bloody love sex and fancying the ass off someone is wonderful

How do you keep sex fresh over time you can't really thats how so many couples split, theirs only so many ways to have sex and for many the most successful conventional ways have the best results, so in the long term you can't just rely on sex, you have to be friends and enjoy each others company
