Do you have indoor plants? My last two that I had for many years have gone up to meet their creator. Do you like them or more of a fuff? Do you talk to them? Do you know what they are or just like the look of them. Just tell us

I think I've got about 35. I like ferns, pothos ( and Chinese money plants are lovely. I've "made babies" and given them away. Think I've just killed one or two though.

I've quite a lot, including some I revolve between the house, greenhouse and garden. My red Maurelli banana is looking a bit sad, as I've left it a bit too long with colder temperatures than it prefers . There was a guy a couple of years ago here who'd had his for a few years and doing very well with it. Mine, I've just had for 3 years.

I need to do more for my Lemons and Bougainvilleas this year, as they've been a little neglected.

I got a couple of purple shamrocks (Oxalis), which are tiny, determined warriors

They flower most of the year, with minimal attention, just enjoyment

Do you just have black Alocasia or do you have others?

There is an ass book group here for plant swaps and rehoming. It's great for picking up new plants! I'd imagine every town has one.

Just fresh herbs at times. I'm too forgetful to look after something what doesn't ask for water/food.

I had a black one but it died, I've got an alocasia Amazonica now that is looking poorly which is odd cause in the same room I have a alocasia which is thriving.

Love my plants - had many left with me when my daughter left for uni and love my two 50year old Bonsai

Had a wander round a garden centre recently looking for a gift and was shocked by the prices! Came home and estimated there’s about £3K’s worth inside the house and about the same in pots outside

I collect cacti and succulents.

At one point I had over 150 different ones but then I bought some plants off a fellow collector not realising they were infected with bloody mealybug, and it swept through my collecton, utterly decimating it. I've about 40 plants left now.

My latest is a lovely little jurassic plant my husband bought me yesterday.

And trying to grow some passiflora from seeds with the kids...mixed results so far.

I sympathise! It's a nasty pest and I've lost too much from it in the past .
