I don't know why I don't expect to get the opportunity to do those things, it's just a feeling I have about those two wishlist activities.

Haha. Not really, 20s to 30s married and starting a home together and holidaying. 30s to 40s bringing up kids and I was the stay at home husband. And now here I am.

This is something that you can do. You have the tools, you have the talent.

Only you can make it happen. I completely sympathise and empathise with the lack of motivation and self belief but you might find it actually helps if you just make small moves towards achieving it.
