I have to admit I do rather like the bottomless look, or super short skirt with abarely covered pussy, it can be very sexy.

Back to the original point though, and giving the OP the benefit of the doubt that it's a poor choice of phrasing rather than malicious intent, I suspect the underlying question is how you can tell the difference between a woman wearing a short skirt to look or feel good, and one wearing it to attract a guy.

I'm not sure it's much of a question though even then. Same as the number of threads asking "does an anklet mean she's a swinger", two women could wear the same outfit for very different reasons. One's 'short and daring' might be another's 'too long'.

It depends on the person.
