Fish....yep, and extra portion of fish and winked at me.

And I've had a crappy afternoon and balled my eyes out so someone being nice was very nice and appreciated.

How would you pay it forward?

I still owe someone a McDonald sleep breakfast.

I think I’m might offer the cute barmaid ‘and one for yourself!’ At the weekend.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling crappy PW.

Just seen costa doing hot milkshakes. I get you a hot drink as it is cold and maybe warm you up.

Instead of paying someone back for their help/kindness, you pay it forward.

Ahh love those random acts of kindness - they can really make a persons day.

To pay it forward? Just be open to a situation where you can do something nice for someone. Could be a simple as saying out loud something nice you're thinking about someone - complimenting a strangers outfit or penis, or expressing gratitude sincerely, giving something to charity/homeless.
