Maxilief is powerful pain relief....the only thing that used to get rid ofy migraine....I used to have to take 3 though for them to really work....they're soluble & powerful & almost work immediately....I would recommend but only for bad pain as they contain codeine

Over sleeping can cause a headache too. You're probably dehydrated and needing fresh air and some daylight. Pop a headache tablet and get outside for a lil bit.

Look up Rachel Richards self massage on youtube - I find her guided massages really helpful.

I e got the same thing banging headache , took today off work and slept for most of it plus took 2 paracetamol tablets feel a bit better now , hope you feel better soon
