I usually measure in kilometres, average steps looks like about 13,000 per day from phone fitness doodah so, give or take 143,000 and that’s an underestimate to be fair

All walking is included, but not arm flailing when you're sitting on the loo with your fitness watch on.

How very dare you! I've been told I'm like a young, Scottish George Clooney, if you squint and don't look directly at me.

Also, the vodka still has the tag on it from my mum.
