Thought about it, protein powder though, can’t class that as struggle food. Anything that arrived via DPD ain’t true struggles

I earn really good I just ate this way for like a decade and don’t want to change

The Town by The Cross

I had 3 vegan sausages and a fresh tomato ( air fried ) with a shit load of fresh peas and a slice of dry bread ( dry from choice )

A lot of the time I make a huge pan of thick soup of veg and lentils. Total cost of ingredients 3.00 ish ( including stock ) cooking about 50p .... and it does me all WEEK for one meal a day

50 pence - huge bowl full very feeding.

I can do it cheaper if I want to prepare the veg.

First 24 is by far the hardest part of a food fast, hunger , headaches all go away by day 2-3
