Friendship. I've found that I can find people attractive but not be attracted to them unless there's a certain level of friendship to go alongside it.

I'm not particularly looking for sex, never have done, never will. If it happens? Great. I've found that when things flow organically, I can lean in to sexual chemistry without pressure I'm far happier.

I'm not going to call it a benefit because it's not for me. Friendship is more than enough. Sex is an addition.

It’s changed over time… initially it was just for sex but as time has gone on and the more friends with and without benefits I have met the more I realise that sex without any sort of connection just doesn’t quite do it.

I don’t want a relationship so this works well for me… get to spend time and have fun with people I like while being upfront about what I don’t want, and mostly people understand that
