Just venting.

FFS!! Aaaaaggghhhh! Just fucked up cooking my rice. Totally got caught up on a phonecall and it’s porridge.

My rice salad is fucked.

Not fuck up today, but yesterday I felt a pop in my back doing deadlifts at the gym yesterday and literally couldn't bend my back at all

I'm good, just iced it and had some sweet, sweet pain relief drugs and have a lot more mobility today
