PMSL you sound like me, I cycle about 20 ish mile a day, give or take and go to the gym 5 times a week but if I told anyone that they'd never believe me, I look a right couch potato

southend

Then you aren't doing it properly. I attend a smaller gym in Southend, and the trainers there are great, not like Fitness First and all that crap. A bit 'spit and sawdusty' though.

Insanity is no good for me. I just do not have the motivation to work out myself. I need a personal trainer, or someone to yell me into working out. If I have to put a DVD in, I'm just going to end up putting a film on!!!

The gyms ok but insanity is really convenient as you can easily do it at home. We have a gym at work so I do use it but I much prefer my kettlebell or popping out on my mountain bike.

What equipment do you need for meta fit?

Nothing it's all body weight exercise, high intensity and little rest period usually 10-15 seconds. Search for it on YouTube

Loving the gym at the moment took me a few months to get going again. All inclusive holiday knocked me for 6.

know what you mean, I've been going to the gym since I was 16, and I'm a right fookin' lump, but just think what we'd look like if we didn't do a bit

My Dad used to be in para's late 50's early 60's and had a little booklet showing loads of workouts using a door frame, a desk/table and a chair.

They used it during their stint on office duties or at times they weren't on active routines.

Insanity and the like, are just updated versions of these principals
