I attend a smaller gym in Southend, and the trainers there are great, not like Fitness First and all that crap. A bit 'spit and sawdusty' though. Insanity is no good for me. I just do not have the motivation to work out myself. I need a personal trainer, or someone to yell me into working out. If I have to put a DVD in, I'm just going to end up putting a film on!!! | |||
