Are you good with cooking as well?

I know you are baking, guessing your mum influenced you.

I started to cook, because my mum was an awful cook.

Once she made something and I told her "I can't eat it, sorry".

She got pissed off and gave it to the dog.

The dog went there, sniffed it, licked it, then walked away.

I told her: "You see even the dog can't eat it?"

We all laughed about it then.

'Bogan' is an Australian/New Zealand word. In Australia a bogan would always wear a checked flannel shirt with the sleeves cut off, wear thongs (flip flops) everywhere, probably have a mullet haircut, always have a slab of tinnies nearby. They would drive a Holden or Ford ute with a V8, and do a lot of burnouts. The NZ bogan is similar but more likely to wear all black denim, boots instead of flip flops.

My ex manager Rob might or might have been a "Bogan" before he moved to the UK.

FYI he paid a lot of money to bring his Holden V8 pick up truck from Australia.

Quite cool car to be fair.
