You're not getting a reply because they aren't interested.

Biggest advice really I guess would be to make sure you're only messaging people who are potentially looking for you. So check the age range, common interests, do they want single guys to message, did you read their profiles at all etc. Make sure you're profile offers something to be interested in. Carefully word your first message, I always read ours but if I'm not interested and cba to say no thank you, I'll mark it as unread and then delete
