What can I do with an epic amount of SDTs?

... I just realised how bad that sounds as I typed the acronym. Genuine question btw, I have a huge jar of them I bought from Holland Bazaar and I'd like to use them for more than just a delicious accompaniment to salads.

London

You can make Foccacia bread topped with them.

And some Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Olive Tapenade to use to create dishes with, or just have on toast.

Yummy!

Yes to all of that.

Also, on cheese on toast.

Or use them to lift hummus and eat together.

Plate of olives, SDTs, and Italian/Spanish meats...

Loads more .

Manchester (she/her)

Put them in a risotto

Slice open a chicken breast and bake it with cheese and sundried tomato in the middle

Cook with some garlic and fresh herbs and/or chilli for a simple pasta sauce. Add chicken or prawns and/or add some cream or cream cheese for different taste dimensions.

Maidstone

Boil some pasta. Mix with sliced SDT, crumbed feta cheese, (dry) toasted pine nuts, tear some basil and add a bit of double cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
