How big is yours?

How much can you slide in?

Will it take it all without complaint, or does some remain sticking out and stay cold?

Or, like Deborah Meaden, do you not have one? (I recommend watching Taskmaster to see what she does with one)

Just an average one, nothing fancy. Does the job intended without fanfare. Needs a bit of coaxing and jiggery-pokery for the bigger insertions

Just a 4 slice but I can't get it to work. I keep shouting at it but the bread just won't go down, must be my accent.

Really cheap yet capable of handling 4 average ones at the same time, or 2 thick ones. But because of being hardly turned on not something I really put anything inside.

I have a double toaster. Has two slots.

But I can toast four at once.

Does anyone else slide two into one hole, and then flip them around after a short time?

Really? Mine is in constant use but I need thick ones to really see it in action.

I'm worried if there's more than what can be accommodated inside, then it all gets stuck and needs me to intervene.

That said, mine has bars that enable it to be railed on top. That any residual energy can be used to host more at the same time.

I'm giving thought to the two-hole upgrade as well

My toaster’s fine, it’s my loaf that’s too big.

Shouting is where you're going wrong. You should always ask it nicely to go down

If it's a thick one, it's not always going to fit.

Mine has only 2 holes. But both are very accommodating. There's space for really long insertions

That's true, but the politer you are, the harder it will try
