Do true friends chat as regularly as possible? I know not everyone can but I have deleted people in the past only for them to message me and ask why, I say its purely because of the lack of chat. Im not just talking one or two days im talking whole weeks plus. So in my mind they were just there to perv. So I take them back and what happens? same thing. Some I know are genuinely busy and will say hi now and again. Yes I know I should say hi to them, but am not a pushy female (is prob where im going wrong). But I wont change (have said hi before to friends and got no response, even when I have seen them online). Anyway, what I really wanted to say before I started my little rant

was that Id like some new friends - have browsed but same people who arent local to me or who are and some are already on my list are same as ones I looked at couple weeks ago. well thats it - long message again from me lol.

If they became friends via initial fun,enjoyable chat/messaging i cant see the point in closing the door on them by clicking them off your list.

Just as you may be busy with various other friends, so might they be.

I do get it,if you make the effort to message them and you get no response certainly.

I have friends I've known 20 + years that I don't talk to from 1 year to the next but if I was to text ring or visit we would pick up where we left off so no I would not delete anyone off my friends list

I havent closed the door on them yet. Im never busy with various others. I dont get regular meets. Just annoys me if I see them online - they claim to want to chat and dont. I do message yes. Some due to their job cant be online for ages (serving soldier as example for one). I might just go and say hi to them all and see what happens. Thanks for your message and help

If we have people on our list too long and either we have not messaged them or they have not messaged us for a while then we take that as neither are that bothered about meeting again and delete accordingly same as of get messages of possible friends tiny we add them then don't hear a thing lol so delete again. Pic collector.s or people not really intending on meeting. Time wasters at the end of the day

We randomly delete off our friends list people that haven't spoken for awhile, either it will make them talk to you again or they wont....... either way your find out lol.

At the end of the day the real friends stay but the "friends list" aren't friends they are potential meets lol

Thats how I feel. Real friends chat, and if you didnt want/or couldnt have any fun then hopefully those real friends might just want a social chat.

Totally agree. pic collectors would worry me as im married. you dont know where they would end up. would be nice to think you can trust people just a little
