We tend to stay at home in the summer. One advantage of living in a holiday destination is that it comes alive in the summer months.

Spring and autumn are our preferred holiday times. We're going to Portugal, The Algarve dahling, in the spring

Starting summer early with a trip to Mexico in a couple of weeks. This summer I've been inspired by Race Around the World so going to start in Marrakesh and make my way north overland via the Tour of Mont Blanc. See how far north I get before I get slung out of Europe thanks to bloody Brexit
