Love the first two, don't like the Prison planet or the Winona Ryder ones, liked Prometheus and the one that came after was ok can't remember what its called.

The original Ridley Scott "Alien" is a classic, and my favourite.

James Cameron's "Aliens" is great, for different reasons. It's my second fave. They deteriorate after that.

I hated "Prometheus".

This is where I am at, save I prefer Aliens to the original.

I'm in the vast minority of people who doesn't particularly like Aliens, and the even smaller minority who likes Prometheus. So my Alien franchise night would be;

Alien

Alien 3 (extended version)

Prometheus.

Alien and Aliens are just stunning bits of cinema.

People generally didn’t like Alien 3, but I thought it was really underrated. I think it’s great!

I’m not so hot on the newer movies.
