I'm at a loss when I go for a favourite classic these days because they've taken all the classic flavour out now. Got a box of Kelloggs Corn Flakes the other week and they tasted of nothing. So I got upset and put a pinch of shugar and salt in after milk and stirred it up. Tasted just like it used to then. Fuckers need to lower prices if they're going to remove ingredients, not the opposite.

If we only eat healthy foods, its going to be a bloody boring menu.

Bollocks to the know alls and just eat what you enjoy.

I wouldn't recommend it for breakfast (at least not every day) but when you pour the leftover porridge into the kitchen table drawer to set so you can break it into pieces to fit in your sporran for the next day - add a wee drop of whisky.

Southwick

Avoid the sweet variety so... something from the following:

Shreddies

Shredded wheat and bite sized shredded wheat.

Rice krispies

Cornflakes

Weetabix.

At the moment I've got the bite sized shredded wheat as it was on offer at the supermarket.

I know all cereals have an element of sugar but these are lower.
